I have over 35 years of experience in Real Estate, including working with buyers and sellers of all levels, including first time home buyers, secondary home ownership, property acquisitions, land development, and construction. I am licensed and experienced in Idaho, Washington, and Wyoming. My skills and experience include owning a Windermere Real Estate brokerage with nearly 40 agents in Teton Valley, ID and Jackson Hole, WY, to being a top selling real estate broker. I have worked on projects from design/build with high volume construction to custom luxury residential estates. I also have experience as the developer of multiple land projects and handled these developments from entitlement through construction. I enjoy Real Estate from its most basic form to the final parcels being available for purchase. I am a strategic thinker who understands being sensitive to communities during the process of handling large projects.

Having been the Director of Sales and Broker for the former Huntsman Springs, luxury golf community, now known as Tributary, as well as other communities. My expertise includes projects where involvement goes beyond a home or land purchase. In every situation, my goals are not just to facilitate the necessities required to close a sale, but also to be proactive and create an exceptional selling and purchasing process that blends into years of welcomed home ownership.

I am embedded into the Coeur d’Alene and Spokane communities and am excited to be near family and friends.

I have been fortunate to have spent several years representing the United States on the USA Mountain Running Team. I have also been a top Age Group Triathlete for Team USA. I continue to challenge myself not just in work, but in competitive sports. I have even enjoyed such ventures as the Marathon des Sables, noted as the World’s toughest multi-day running race in the Sahara Desert.
